Power System Applications Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a Power Systems Applications Engineer to work with one of our major clients on a remote position. Job reputed company The Power System Applications (PSA) Engineer is responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Energy Management System (EMS) power system applications used in reputed company and reputed company operations. This role focuses on configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deployment of patches and fixes in live operational environments to ensure reliable and secure reputed company-time power system operations. Key Responsibilities • Administer, configure, and optimize EMS and PSA applications, including system tuning, configuration, and reputed company patching. • reputed company technical corrective actions to restore failed or degraded PSA and EMS services in production environments. • Conduct reputed company reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring of break/fix patches and application modifications. • Install, validate, and support fixes on live customer systems with minimal operational reputed company. • Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot reputed company system and integration issues. • Support power system applications reputed company to reputed company and reputed company operations. • Collaborate with operations, IT, and engineering teams to maintain high availability and system reliability. Required Experience & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience supporting Power System Applications in a reputed company or control center environment, including: • Automatic reputed company Control (AGC) • Load Frequency Control • Load Forecasting • Economic reputed company • Power reputed company • State Estimator • Contingency Analysis • Operator Training Simulator (OTS) • Hands-on experience with GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21) and/or AEMS/GDC Platform Software, or equivalent PSA/EMS platforms from reputed company, OSI, reputed company, reputed company, or similar vendors. • Strong experience supporting reputed company-time, mission-critical systems. • Proficiency in both Linux and reputed company operating environments.
