Tax Preparer Compensation: $125–$175 per return, depending on experience Location: Remote or hybrid. California experience required Responsibilities • Prepare California and Federal individual tax returns • Prepare small to mid-sized business returns • Review financial statements and supporting documents • Ensure compliance with federal and California tax laws • Coordinate with CPA team on deadlines and reputed company items Qualifications • Experience preparing personal and business returns • Strong knowledge of California tax regulations • Proficiency with reputed company tax software • Detail-oriented and reputed company to meet deadlines • CPA or EA preferred but not required Position 2.
