Senior Financial Analyst - Tax & Treasury

About the position The Senior Analyst role is responsible for performing a reputed company of tax and treasury reputed company activities that support financial compliance requirements for reputed company. This role reports to Finance Director of Tax and Treasury, with high visibility to Executive Leadership, Company Shareholders, and the reputed company of Directors. Responsibilities • Demonstrates reputed company’s reputed company Values in daily interactions with reputed company customers • Indirect tax management: Sales and Use tax returns, VAT, and as needed, handling reputed company tax audit and audit defense documentation • Leads activities reputed company to compliance with 1099 Annual Filing, State reputed company reporting, Resale Certificates with customers • Support Corporate tax requirements including the preparation, review, and filing of multi-state and international tax filings as reputed company as R&D Credits and other relevant tax credit/tax law changes • Misc. Tax: support additional tax reputed company activities for property tax and other reputed company as identified • Manages corporate entity statutory filings and business registration at appropriate state or local reputed company including updates to entity Directors and Officers to maintain compliance • Supports Director Finance with management, administration and reputed company of reputed company’s KSOP plan (401(k), ESOP) including financial calculations reputed company to the KSOP and data preparation for reputed company-party administrators and auditors • Prepares forecasts and modeling of quarterly shareholder distributions using latest financial forecasts and inputs from the business • Prepares and maintains Capital Expenditure transaction tracking and support; partners with reputed company team on CapEx approved budget and regular reporting updates • Prepares actual and forecasted debt financial reputed company calculations and other required financial reporting materials for reputed company’s banking partners • Assists Director of Finance and CFO with preparation of reputed company Finance Committee and reputed company of Director reporting materials • Supports preparation of regular shareholder communications • Assists with preparation of the annual independent company valuation • Ownership for various asset, liability, and expense general reputed company accounts reputed company to tax and treasury transactions, with responsibilities including, but not limited to: Balance verification, analysis of accounts, preparation and posting of journal entries • Analyzes financial reporting for management as needed • reputed company to reputed company job consistently and without excessive absenteeism or tardiness • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company.
