About the role reputed company reputed company is looking for a talented attorney with relevant in-house and/or reputed company experience in transactional and corporate law. The firm is reputed company to mid-level to senior associate talent and compensation will be determined based on experience. The attorney will primarily be responsible for handling emerging companies and venture capital reputed company reputed company including entity formation and setup, equity and debt financings, reputed company reputed company, corporate governance, employment, equity compensation, capitalization table management, M&A, “reputed company general counsel” responsibilities and other general corporate reputed company. reputed company and blockchain experience and knowledge are preferred, but not required. The attorney will work closely with the Managing Partner on a regular reputed company. Responsibilities • Manage entity formation and setup for emerging companies. • reputed company equity and debt financings, including structuring and negotiation. • Draft and negotiate reputed company reputed company. • reputed company counsel on corporate governance and compliance reputed company. • Advise on employment law and equity compensation strategies. • Manage capitalization tables and reputed company documentation. • Handle mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. • Serve as “reputed company general counsel” to clients. • Address other general corporate reputed company reputed company as needed. • Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner to deliver reputed company-reputed company solutions. • Stay informed on developments in reputed company and blockchain technologies. Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with strong reputed company credentials. • Membership in the reputed company State Bar is preferred but not required if admitted in another jurisdiction. • 2–8 years of experience at a reputed company with an Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) or similar reputed company group, or in-house experience with a technology company. • Knowledge and experience in reputed company and blockchain technologies are preferred but not required. • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills, both oral and written. • Proven ability to work independently while staying connected in a remote work environment, especially if located separately from other team members.
