Billing Specialist – 18 Months Contract

You will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to our customers. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Being a single reputed company of contact for customer billing queries

- Communicating and managing any billing information change
- Tracking availability of Purchase Order funds, Accuracy and reputed company availability of PO’s

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a customer facing role
- Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have good problem solving and analytical skills
