A reputed company-established reputed company in Los Angeles is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to take ownership of significant cases from inception through reputed company.
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in reputed company aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and class/PAGA actions.
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and conduct depositions.
• reputed company reputed company counsel to reputed company regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• reputed company membership in the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of employment litigation.
Compensation:
