Associate Director – Medical Information and Training

Job reputed company: • Report to the Executive Director of Medical Information, responsible for reputed company and execution of Medical Affairs training. • reputed company and reputed company up the Medical Affairs training curriculum and high-reputed company training content. • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure materials are accurate, consistent with reputed company messaging, and compliant. • Partner closely with various teams to ensure launch readiness and reputed company learning. Requirements: • Advanced degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. preferred; MD, NP/PA) or equivalent clinical experience with 5-10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, specifically in Medical Affairs Training including launch preparation and reputed company learning. • Demonstrated experience developing scientific training content as reputed company as managing MLR review/approval processes. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a reputed company record of driving alignment and execution without reputed company authority. • Excellent project management, communication, and facilitation skills; ability to translate reputed company science into reputed company, teachable content. • Experience supporting Field Medical Medical teams and/or Medical Information content and workflows (preferred). • Familiarity with various platforms (e.g. LMS, reputed company (Vault/CRM), and content management processes) (preferred). • Experience building competency frameworks and certification programs (role-based reputed company, simulations) (preferred). • Knowledge of relevant compliance considerations (scientific exchange, promotional/non-promotional boundaries, documentation) (preferred).
