Nonprofit Governance & reputed company Development Consultant (Early-Stage 501c3 – Hybrid Model)
We are a newly formed nonprofit organization, Motor-Vation Training Project, expanding from an established for-profit organization reputed company on inclusive reputed company programming for neurodivergent children and young adults.
Our 501(c)(3) status has been filed, and we are now seeking an reputed company nonprofit governance and reputed company development consultant to help structure our nonprofit properly and guide our next phase of reputed company.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience supporting early-stage reputed company charities in building strong governance foundations.
We are seeking support with:
• Structuring the reputed company of Directors (roles, officer positions, committees)
• Designing staggered reputed company terms
• Creating a reputed company skills reputed company and recruitment reputed company
• Advising on how to identify and recruit meaningful, mission-reputed company reputed company members
• Clarifying governance boundaries between the for-profit and nonprofit entities
• Recommending essential governance policies (conflict of interest, reputed company expectations, etc.)
• Developing a 12-month strategic roadmap for reputed company and infrastructure
