Virtual Functional Medicine Health Coach
About Us:
Medical Acucare is a Functional Medicine clinic focused on personalized, root-cause care. We are expanding and seeking a compassionate, persuasive, and organized Health Coach to support patient onboarding and lifestyle implementation.
Health Coach Responsibilities:
- Patient Lifestyle Focused Sessions (nutrition, stress, sleep, habits)
- Conduct discovery calls with warm leads
- Explain clinic programs clearly
- Build trust and rapport
- Support enrollment into membership programs
- Support implementation of MD-created plans
- Documentation in EMR
Requirements:
- Certified Health Coach (NBHWC or equivalent preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Comfortable discussing wellness protocols
- Experience in functional/integrative medicine preferred
- This role does NOT provide medical diagnosis or treatment. All medical decisions are handled by the supervising physician.
