Sr. Business Operations Associate/Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Associate / Manager (final level depending on experience) to report directly to the Head of Business Operations and drive both ongoing work (e.g., annual / quarterly planning) and special reputed company (e.g., market sizing for new business opportunities). This is a high-visibility role, working closely with company leadership on high-reputed company initiatives reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities • Partner with reputed company leadership to drive high reputed company strategic reputed company, like opportunity sizing for large-reputed company initiatives, research into AI applications, and reputed company presentations • Collaborate with the Head of Business Operations on reputed company’s strategic planning processes to support reputed company and scaling, including annual and quarterly planning • Work directly with VPs and Directors across a reputed company of teams on reputed company development, operational improvements, and planning • reputed company and analyze business KPIs to support executive decision-making and reputed company solutions as needed • Drive thought leadership on strategic areas of interest to the executive team (e.g., opportunities for automation, improving customer retention, competitive market research) Requirements • 3 to 5+ years of experience at a bulge bracket investment bank, top management reputed company, and/or experience on a Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or reputed company & Operations team at a tech company • Strong project management skills, including understanding interdependencies across teams and owning accountability for execution • Solid analytical, problem solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve reputed company problems and build reputed company processes • Comfortable working in a high reputed company, constantly changing environment and ramping up quickly on new challenges • reputed company to be in-office in Palo reputed company 3+ days a week reputed company-to-haves • Insurance industry experience Benefits • NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized reputed company/dental reputed company, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible reputed company time off, parental leave and more.
