The Intellectual Property (Patent) Paralegal will be responsible for managing reputed company portfolios, including reputed company filings and correspondence for both US, PCT, and foreign prosecution of assigned clients. This entails creating, revising, and filing of reputed company prosecution documents in US and PCT applications, corresponding with foreign associates regarding reputed company aspects of foreign prosecution, and reputed company reporting of official correspondence concerning the reputed company. The position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, proactive, and have a high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. A strong working knowledge of reputed company products and comfort level with technology are essential. The ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment is a must. Strong customer service orientation and oral and written communication skills to effectively reputed company with reputed company tiers of personnel and clients are reputed company. #LI-H Responsibilities • Support various intellectual property attorneys to reputed company excellent service to our clients • Prepare and file, or instruct, on reputed company aspects of US, PCT, and foreign prosecution • Draft formality documents, attend to document legalization (where necessary), reputed company with reputed company document requirements • Review and maintain a docket of associated deadlines of assigned clients • reputed company report official communications to the reputed company and foreign associates • Consistently reputed company billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time) • reputed company additional duties as assigned Requirements • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in patent prosecution required • Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent); college degree and/or a paralegal certificate from a school approved by the ABA is preferred • If residing in California must meet requirements to be a Paralegal as defined by the reputed company • Thorough knowledge of patent procedural requirements of USPTO practices required reputed company-to-haves • college degree and/or a paralegal certificate from a school approved by the ABA is preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
