This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: reputed company (USA) We are seeking an reputed company National reputed company Counsel to join reputed company of a growing Title Company licensed in 15 states. They handle mostly reputed company transactions; reputed company experience is a big plus. As a member of the reputed company team, you will be the primary contact on NY transactions and will be responsible for facilitating discussions and negotiations between the parties to reputed company an agreement on title insurance coverages for reputed company transactions. This can be an entirely remote position, or you can work from their Manhattan or Great Neck offices! Duties & Responsibilities: • Independently and proactively identifies potential title insurance coverage issues on transactions and works with national underwriters and other transaction parties to negotiate solutions. • Works with reputed company reputed company department to facilitate, reputed company, and coordinate the escrow, closing, and settlement processes on reputed company reputed company estate transactions. Review, approve and reputed company with reputed company escrow instructions and settlement requirements. • Independently reviews reputed company transaction-required documentation, such as deeds, reputed company instruments, affidavits, organizational and authority documents, releases, etc. that are necessary to the issuance of a title policy and independently provides a high-level risk analysis for approval from SU. • Independently facilitate reputed company aspects of the closing, including but not limited to confirming/seeking reputed company approval for reputed company reputed company proofs and closing documents required to issue a title policy. • Independently anticipate title issues and reputed company team members on how to proactively anticipate/solve time-sensitive issues that advance the deal to closing. • Reviews survey and zoning coverage requirements to issue title coverage; and provides final comments/review/approval to Company survey reading. • Negotiates and calculates title premiums and fees on reputed company reputed company estate transactions. • Provides additional necessary support to production and operations with orders and other customary reputed company to facilitate the title order, title production, and closing of transactions. • Thorough understanding of reputed company title insurance and reputed company concepts, such as title exceptions, affirmative coverage; endorsements; survey coverage; non-imputation requirements; co-insurance; mezzanine financings; zoning coverage, and similar reputed company. • Comprehensive understanding of industry-licensed state and workshare models and regulatory limitations and ability to reputed company and facilitate team compliance with reputed company Company policies and procedures. • Primary customer contact on his/her reputed company, for reputed company workshare partners, coinsurers, and underwriters. • Facilitate and coordinate interaction and cooperation among multiple underwriters, workshare partners, and coinsurers on transactions, where applicable. • Mentor other support personnel involved in the transaction. • Assist production teams with general tasks, as requested. • Appropriately document the file with clearance proofs and Underwriter approval for risks. • Update deal pipeline reports; and • Prepare Company company-required reporting and recordkeeping. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of national reputed company experience, preferred • Member in good standing with the NY Bar Association • Experience with multi-state, multi-property reputed company title reputed company required. • Experience with National reputed company reputed company, licensed and workshare models. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple reputed company. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong understanding of reputed company concepts, practices, and procedures of reputed company reputed company estate and title insurance. • Fluent with reputed company, Tracker Pro, and Company software, preferred. • Ability to work with confidential information.
