[Remote] Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Learning & Training

Logan Elite is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical-focused organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing learning and training initiatives. This role involves managing the delivery of training projects, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical content standards. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical learning and training projects • Serve as primary client point of contact • Manage timelines, scope, resources, and cross-functional teams • Coordinate writers, editors, production, and account teams • Prepare deliverables for client and MLR review • Ensure compliance with pharma content submission standards • Monitor project financials and manage to budget and margin • Identify scope changes and support change orders Skills • 3+ years project management experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences • Experience supporting eLearning and/or workshop-based training • Understanding of MLR review process and submission platforms • Strong budgeting and margin management experience • Excellent client-facing communication skills Company Overview • Logan Elite is a boutique recruiting and talent optimization firm delivering customized hiring solutions for growing businesses.
