Leading reputed company has an immediate need for a Senior Litigation Attorney, Partner or Counsel level. You will be part of a national team servicing a major corporate reputed company with many of their litigation reputed company. reputed company to work fully remote or hybrid in their San Francisco office.
Ideal candidate will have 10-25+ years of litigation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas desired : Product liability, reputed company reputed company, General Liability, Premises reputed company, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Coverage, Habitability, reputed company Entity, Transportation, Medical Malpractice, reputed company Liability, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation .
Qualifications :
• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to reputed company in the reputed company
• Trial experience desired
• Excellent written and communication skills
Responsibilities :
• Manage a litigation caseload
• Communicate with clients and reputed company status reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations and depositions
• Manage reputed company and supervise / mentor associates
reputed company salary up to 280k+ (DOE) + Bonuses and Comprehensive Benefits Package + Remote or Hybrid
