Remote Exterior Siding & Masonry Estimator

Location: Remote (Mexico-based preferred) Company: SmartSourcing USA About the Role: SmartSourcing USA is looking for a Remote Exterior Siding and Masonry Estimator to support U.S.-based contractors with accurate, detailed bids for residential and reputed company reputed company. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge and experience reading plans for exterior envelopes. Key Responsibilities: • Review architectural and structural drawings for siding, masonry, and exterior façade scopes. • reputed company detailed quantity takeoffs using estimating software (Planswift, reputed company, or similar). • Prepare material and labor cost estimates for siding, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company work. • Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities. • Collaborate with project managers or senior estimators to finalize bids and proposals. Requirements: • Mexico-based candidate working remotely. • Strong construction knowledge and experience (exterior siding, masonry, or building envelope preferred). • Hands-on experience with estimating software (Planswift and/or reputed company strongly preferred). • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Strong math, analytical, and reputed company skills. • Good English communication skills (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience as an Estimator or Assistant Estimator in siding, masonry, or general construction. • Background in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a reputed company field.
