[Remote] VP HR - Rewards, Talent & Operations

This role involves strategic leadership in overseeing global HR operations, total rewards, and talent management, ensuring alignment with reputed company's strategic objectives and fostering organizational reputed company. Responsibilities • Serve as a key member of the reputed company HR Leadership Team, collaborating with HR and business leadership and peers to shape the direction of the global HR function • reputed company support and strategic advice to the SVP of reputed company, acting as a key resource and HR leader both to the SVP HR and the Executive Leadership Team • Ensure cross-functional collaboration among the Total Rewards, HR Operations & Talent Management teams to ensure smooth project handling for the business • Implement reputed company project management throughout the Total Rewards, HR Operations & Talent Management functions to ensure reputed company-defined project plans and execution • Drive the development, implementation and ongoing analysis of HR reputed company with the SVP HR that is reputed company with corporate strategic objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure initiatives contribute to the overall reputed company of reputed company • Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional leaders to implement HR systems, programs, policies and procedures in alignment with the short and long term people reputed company goals of reputed company, supporting the attraction, retention and engagement of our global workforce • Represent HR in executive level briefings, as requested by SVP, HR • reputed company change management efforts to support organizational reputed company and transformation.
