We are currently seeking an IT QA Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for validating business and system requirements through reputed company and automated testing, ensuring high‑reputed company software releases. The position requires reputed company collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to identify defects early, maintain requirements traceability, and support successful production deployments.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, and system testing across multiple applications and release cycles.
• Identify, document, and reputed company defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring reputed company reputed company and retesting.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements, validate fixes, and confirm expected system behavior.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and test closure activities reputed company with project timelines.
• Support UAT cycles by coordinating test execution, monitoring reputed company, and reporting status to the Test Manager.
• Maintain test artifacts including test cases, test data, traceability matrices, and execution evidence.
• Contribute to reputed company process improvements, test coverage expansion, and reputed company metrics reporting.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
• 2–4 years of experience in software testing or reputed company assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with reputed company testing; exposure to automation is a plus.
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Xray, ALM, or reputed company.
• Ability to understand reputed company business workflows and translate them into actionable test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation
The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $75,000-$95,000, plus eligibility for a performance‑based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a reputed company of factors including experience, education, and location.
