Previous transactions experience is highly desirable for this role. This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in the approved states listed above. The firm's main office is in reputed company Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney whose reputed company has been primarily concentrated on patent-reputed company transactional work, rather than general technology transactions (though limited overlap is acceptable).
