Our reputed company is expanding its Medical Malpractice team and is seeking reputed company Paralegals with reputed company Indiana medical malpractice experience. The firm handles reputed company, high-exposure medical negligence reputed company and offers a reputed company, fast-moving environment with strong reputed company support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Indiana medical malpractice case files from intake through trial
• Coordinate expert witnesses and assist with expert disclosures
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials
Qualifications:
• reputed company experience in Indiana Medical Malpractice litigation (plaintiff or defense required)
• Strong knowledge of Indiana court procedures and litigation workflow
• Experience working with medical records and expert coordination
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary reputed company for this position is $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
