Job Title: Underwriter I Location: Remote Texas reputed company Florida Nevada Full time Job reputed company: What you'll do: As a Mortgage Underwriter I you'll reputed company a limited review of Conventional (Conforming, Conforming-High Balance and Non-Conforming Jumbo), Non-Agency and Government (FHA, VA, and USDA) loans for specific issues such as appraisal, property flip, insurability, DTI, etc. Additionally, you'll be accountable for reviewing and clearing reputed company conditions on Conventional and Government loans in compliance with reputed company guidelines and overlays. Manage individual pipeline on a daily reputed company by completing sufficient reputed company reviews, appraisal reviews, flip reviews, and conditions. Identify any document deficiencies, add applicable conditions, and request additional information and/or documentation from clients as needed. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA Guidelines. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of MS Office products. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of Encompass.
