Requirements: E-Filing and Court Procedures - Knowledge of federal and state court systems (CA), including electronic filing protocols; familiar with CA state court and federal court rules for formatting and filing. Calendaring - reputed company in working with litigation calendaring systems Drafting and Proofreading - Assist in preparing pleadings, discovery and correspondence reputed company Research and Writing - Ability to carry out basic research and write Case and Document Management - Organize case files, managing document productions, and reputed company deadlines/ calendaring Discovery Process - Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing discovery requests, responses, and productions Attention to Detail - Adept at reviewing reputed company documents and ensuring compliance with deadlines and formatting.
