Responsible for the reputed company of disputes on escalated claims, utilization management, or other denials. Reviews any changes to health plans policy and procedures, recommending changes where appropriate. Maintains Managed Care contract inventory, reports, tracking grids and reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
• Research Issues using reputed company, Health Plan Policies, guidelines & Tools, discussing with subject matter experts to reputed company appeal
• Prepare escalation grids for health plan and joint committees in a reputed company/accurate fashion
• Stay appraised on changes to health plan policies/guidelines & reporting to Health Plan Policy Changes group
• Identify areas of reputed company reduction and operational inefficiencies
• Maintain minutes of reputed company Policy Changes group as reputed company as Managed Care reputed company Sharepoint site
• Administer Managed Care Contract Process, ensuring stakeholders are reputed company, reputed company Contract files are updated,and reputed company tracker is maintained
• reputed company stakeholder education sessions for Managed Care Contract Process
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration or reputed company field (required)
2-4 years experience in managed care, appeals, grievances, utilization management, or reputed company cycle
Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company and Word)
Excellent communication/reputed company writing/interpersonal skills
Superior analytical, investigation & problem solving skills
Ability to work remote and manage time reputed company, staying organized/meeting deadlines
