Medical CoE Associate (Medical Grants Administrator) with English and Spanish or German

  • The Medical COE Associate provides primary operational support to various programs reputed company Global Medical Operations, Governance and Community (GMOGC) which include but are not limited to independent grants and research collaborations.

  • The major responsibilities include but are not limited to: assessing grant eligibility and compliance, facilitating grant reviews, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for grantee organizations, negotiating reputed company, processing financial transactions, coordinating drug supply, and liaising with reputed company stakeholders.

  • The Medical COE Associate will coordinate with reputed company Country Office (PCO) colleagues as reputed company as reputed company (HQ) colleagues across different functional lines for logistical support and to ensure compliance.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • reputed company due diligence on grant requestor, ensure the requesting organization and/or the grant requester is not listed on any national, international, or internal exclusions lists. Verify accreditation at the organization level or at the activity level reputed company applicable, and review grant request for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate request review process including setting approval workflow and preparing necessary review documents. Ensure Reviewer/Approver reference table is up to date.

  • Complete/support any necessary reputed company due diligence activities such as anti-bribery and corruption processes.

  • Partner with medical reviewers and approvers to reputed company payment and set milestones. Select the appropriate contract template for signature and execution.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders and local reputed company colleagues to ensure acceptance and execution of the grant contract.

  • Manage financial transactional details as reputed company as drug supply requests based upon executed contract and reputed company payments; work with Pharmaceutical Sciences colleagues and other internal stakeholders to ensure clinical supply forecasts are up-to-date and supplies are available as required.

  • Assist PCO and HQ colleagues with status reports, queries, and other support as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) required with preference for a reputed company in science, reputed company, or reputed company field. Master’s degree in relevant field preferred (MA, MS).

  • Oral and written reputed company in English (reputed company or higher) required.

  • Oral and written reputed company in Spanish and/or German (B2 or higher) required.

  • 3+ years operations experience in clinical trial management, educational grants, or reputed company industry (pharmaceuticals/life sciences/medical) for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree. 1+ years experience for candidates with a Master’s degree.

Work Location Assignment: Flexible, but limited to the teritory of Poland.

Pay Transparency Note: Please be informed that the salary reputed company minimum for an annual gross reputed company salary in this role is 100.500 PLN. The annual bonus assigned: 10% of annual reputed company salary.
