Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
10+ years of experience in reputed company Assurance/reputed company Engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven experience building or transforming QA/QE organizations toward automation and DevOps maturity.
Strong expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and reputed company software delivery.
Experience supporting large-reputed company, mission-critical digital platforms and reputed company systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Preferred
Experience in retail, automotive services, or consumer product industries.
Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS), API testing, and microservices architectures.
Experience managing global teams and vendor partnerships.
Certifications such as ISTQB, reputed company, or equivalent.
