Board Advisor (Pharma Services)

Overview Unio Search, in partnership with Life-Science-focused Private Equity firms and Investors, is seeking experienced C-Level executives to join CDMOs, CROs, and other organizations in the pharma services sector as Board Advisors and Board Members. These strategic roles are instrumental in driving growth, supporting due diligence processes, and providing high-level advisory to portfolio companies and future investments. Location Anywhere in Europe Key Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted advisor to Founders, CEOs, and leadership teams, offering strategic insights and direction on business transformation, growth, and investment strategies. • Collaborate with investors and portfolio companies to evaluate opportunities, perform asset due diligence, and recommend key operational or market adjustments. • Contribute to shaping and refining company visions to align with industry trends, competitive positioning, and long-term sustainability • Support leadership teams in identifying and overcoming challenges related to scaling, operational efficiency, market expansion, or investor relations Required Experience • Proven track record in building, growing, and transforming businesses, with a focus on CDMOs, CROs, lab products, lab services, pharma services, contract manufacturing, or specialty pharma sector • Deep understanding of life sciences market dynamics, trends, and challenges, particularly within Europe • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience navigating high-stakes environments and delivering results that drive sustainable growth • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring strong rapport with investors, leadership teams, and stakeholders. • An established network within pharma services, lab products, lab services, contract manufacturing and speciality pharma sectors Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience serving on boards, advisory committees, or similar roles in the pharma or life sciences sector • Expertise in operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, or market strategy development Why Join • Leverage your expertise to shape future industry leaders and investments • Opportunity to influence transformational growth in innovative life sciences companies • Collaborate with visionary investors and high-performing executive team Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
