**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Trust Perception Research Manager to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a Customer Trust Perception Research Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing deep dive research studies (quantitative and/or qualitative) from start to end. You will influence business strategy by conducting effective research studies and identifying opportunities to innovate on behalf of the customer based on your research. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Trust Perception Research Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* **Manage the end-to-end execution of a large scale tracker survey**: You will oversee the entire process of designing, executing, and analyzing a large scale tracker survey to gather insights on customer trust perception.
* **Manage all stages of quantitative (e.g., surveys) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, 1:1 interviews, etc.) customer research studies**: You will be responsible for designing and executing research studies to answer key business questions, including research proposals, research methodology design, operational execution, analysis, and reporting.
* **Engage with partner teams to collect input**: You will work closely with partner teams to collect input on key business questions, assumptions, and potential initiative ideas to ensure that the research study is designed to generate findings that will inform their strategic decisions.
* **Identify the proper research method(s) for deep dive research studies**: You will identify the most suitable research method(s) for deep dive research studies based on business objectives, timeline, and resourcing.
* **Conduct survey analysis, identify insights and opportunities, and devise recommendations**: You will analyze survey data, identify insights and opportunities, and develop recommendations that will inform business decisions aimed at improving the customer experience.
* **Dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data**: You will dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data to bring forward new insights that inform product innovations.
* **Communicate research findings and recommendations**: You will communicate research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management.
* **Influence partner teams across the company**: You will influence partner teams across the company to take action based on research findings.
* **Manage external vendors**: You will manage external vendors that we work with for executing research studies.
* **Identify opportunities to simplify existing research processes**: You will identify opportunities to simplify existing research processes and operate more nimbly.
* **Manage/prioritize research requests from business teams**: You will manage and prioritize research requests from business teams.
* **Participate in short term and long term strategic planning**: You will participate in short term and long term strategic planning to ensure that research studies align with business objectives.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Bachelor's degree in Business, Research, Economics, or a related field of study**: You will need to have a degree in a relevant field of study.
* **3+ years of quantitative/qualitative market research experience**: You will need to have at least 3 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative market research, including survey design and execution.
* **3+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics**: You will need to have at least 3 years of experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements.
* **Experience with statistical techniques**: You will need to have experience with statistical techniques used for survey design and analytics, such as statistical significance, Conjoint, and MaxDiff.
* **Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams**: You will need to have proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at scale.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **MBA or Master's degree**: You will need to have an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
* **3+ years of experience in program management, project management, roadmap planning, building processes**: You will need to have at least 3 years of experience in program management, project management, roadmap planning, and building processes.
