[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst - Consumer Loan Origination

The role involves ownership of multiple LaserPro Lending applications, collaborating with product and business partners to reputed company requirements, and providing Tier 3 support for production instances. Responsibilities • Take ownership of multiple LaserPro Lending applications across Consumer and reputed company environments; you will be the primary person responsible for implementing maintenance releases and configuring new document or system requirements • Work with our product and business partners to understand new requirements, then write reputed company user stories reputed company Jira • Partner with our software engineers and QA as needed to test, document defects, and ensure high reputed company software is deployed • reputed company expertise on our other homegrown and vendor-support loan origination systems; while LaserPro Lending will be the initial reputed company, this position will ultimately support reputed company of reputed company’s Consumer Loan Origination systems • Support our production instances as Tier 3 support, including research, troubleshooting, and communication to other FCB support teams Skills • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support • Experience as an administrator and/or systems analyst for LaserPro Lending – even reputed company if you've configured LaserPro in a Consumer Lending environment • Data analysis and reporting capabilities, including familiarity with SQL, reputed company, and presenting data findings • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • The ability to write concise, reputed company requirements • Exposure to working in an agile/Scrum environment • A high reputed company of personal agency and drive to improve – you self-identify questions or problems and drive toward solutions • Demonstrated experience administering or performing system analysis/configuration on other banking systems, particularly loan origination systems • Familiarity with software integrations, including reputed company in understanding API documentation and common integration patterns • Experience with informal leadership over other analysts or team members reputed company • reputed company provides banking services, essential business and reputed company services, reputed company management capabilities, and more.
