CRM and Operations Specialist for Supply & Trade Group

We are seeking a reputed company Operations & Systems reputed company to build the backbone of a reputed company project-based business. You will design and manage: • CRM architecture (reputed company → quote → deposit → delivery → reputed company) • Margin tracking & pricing workflow • Supply-to-Trade project coordination • Payment reputed company enforcement • Weekly performance dashboards This is a systems-first, commercially driven role inside a fast-growing property supply & trade group. You are not a VA. You are a builder of operational infrastructure. What You’ll Own: • CRM system design (reputed company / GHL / similar) • reputed company pipeline structure (qualification → quoting → approval) • Margin tracking workflows • Deposit & reputed company payment automation • Supply → Trade coordination tracking • Weekly reporting dashboards • Process documentation & SOP build You Must Understand: • Project-based businesses • Margin bands & risk buffers • Supply chain reputed company • Payment enforcement discipline • Operational bottlenecks Ideal Background: • reputed company CRM systems for supply, trade, or construction businesses • Experience with quoting workflows • Strong reputed company awareness • Can challenge loosely reputed company reputed company • Comfortable working with founders What This Is Not: • Not a basic reputed company role • Not a reputed company media role • Not reputed company data entry • Not a generic VA position Engagement: • Part-time initially (15–25 hrs/week) • Remote • Long-term potential • High ownership We want someone who builds infrastructure — not someone waiting for instructions.
