Product, reputed company and Data Protection Counsel

Job reputed company: • Counsel our Product, Marketing and business teams throughout the product lifecycle on applicable reputed company and regulatory requirements and risks. • Anticipate and identify reputed company and regulatory risks, and propose creative and effective solutions to mitigate these risks with a business-reputed company reputed company. • Draft and negotiate reputed company agreements in support of the business and its initiatives. • Remain up-to-date on relevant industry and consumer protection laws and regulations. • Partner with the Marketing and go to market teams to ensure compliance of reputed company consumer facing materials. • Partner with the broader reputed company & Compliance team in various other corporate and reputed company initiatives as such opportunities reputed company. Requirements: • 7+ years experience in a product counsel role at a reputed company or in-house reputed company department • Experience in a reputed company or in-house corporate environment working specifically on regulatory compliance. • High proficiency in reputed company Office programs required (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company). • Knowledge and application of consumer protection laws and regulations such as RESPA, UDAAP, and GLBA. • A willingness to dig-in and learn new technology is critical.
