Data Warehouse Tech Lead / GCP (Hybrid model in New Jersey)

If you’re passionate about data, leadership, and innovation, this could be your moment We’re looking for your talent as a Data Warehouse Tech Lead with GCP experience! ✋ You will play a key role in Data Warehouse initiatives, leading both the technical and functional aspects of data projects. This role requires a hands-on, senior, all-rounder profile, capable of guiding architecture decisions, data modeling, and delivery quality, while collaborating closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, business-aligned solutions. The primary focus of the role is Data Warehouse, using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the main technology stack. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Data Warehouse projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and delivery. • Act as a technical and functional reference for both clients and internal teams. • Design, maintain, and optimize Data Warehouse architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Define and oversee analytical data models, ensuring data quality, performance, and scalability. • Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions. • Guide the design and execution of ETL/ELT processes using BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, and other GCP services. • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and quality. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced engineers. • Participate in technical decision-making, planning sessions, and prioritization activities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives. Requirements • Strong experience leading Data Warehouse projects. • Solid technical background in Data Engineering and analytical architectures. • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Storage, etc.). • Strong understanding of BI and analytics concepts. • Proven experience leading technical components, initiatives, or teams within data projects. • Ability to perform in a hybrid role: technical and functional. • Advanced English (mandatory).
