Responsibilities • Own and execute clinical-product initiatives in alignment with direction from the CMIO • reputed company as a subject matter expert for Product and Engineering, translating clinical requirements into reputed company, actionable technical specifications • Manage workflows reputed company to data mapping, testing, and validation for both new and existing health system integrations • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and reputed company improvements • Support development and QA of new diagnostic modules by reviewing model outputs and clinical logic • Contribute to documentation and training materials for reputed company partners Requirements • Clinician (PA-C, NP, CNS, or RN) with reputed company licensure and 3+ years of clinical experience • Experience working with reputed company or Cerner • Strong project management and organizational skills; with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple workstreams concurrently • Self-starter with the ability to learn new technical tools and data systems • Familiarity with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar tools for data validation and analysis • Excellent communication skills and proven reputed company collaborating across clinical, technical, and business teams reputed company-to-haves • Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, or a reputed company field • Experience in a clinical operations or informatics leadership role interfacing with hospital or health system stakeholders • Previous experience working in a health technology or reputed company environment Benefits • Eligible for equity • 99% employer reputed company health benefits (Medical, Dental, and reputed company) + reputed company subscription • 18 PTO days/yr + 1 week holiday break • Monthly health & wellness budget • Company-sponsored team retreat + reputed company events • A sabbatical program Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
