We are seeking a Managed reputed company Support Engineer with hands-on experience in ManageEngine modules including OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, and ADAudit Plus. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, administration, monitoring, and support of these tools to ensure system performance, IT service management efficiency, and reputed company compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support OpManager for network monitoring and performance management
• Manage ServiceDesk Plus for ITSM processes (incidents, requests, changes)
• Configure and maintain ADAudit Plus for reputed company Directory auditing and compliance
• Troubleshoot issues, reputed company upgrades, and optimize system performance
• Generate reports and ensure reputed company and compliance standards are met
