About the position Analyze and assess reputed company organizational structures, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of prior Consulting experience required • 7+ years’ experience leading significant consulting engagements with successful reputed company in reputed company organizations • Proven record of accomplishment and ability to generate new clients and consulting delivery, while developing and maturing new reputed company relationships and opportunities. • Solid understanding of business processes reputed company to Organizational Design, Business and HR Transformation, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics and establishing reputed company Operating Models an end-to-end business process perspective. • Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls with "end-to-end" global business processes & sub-processes including (data and process) integration points, policies, and procedures. • Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment. • Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required. • Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively reputed company guidance from management or update status to management.
