We are in the launch phase of our Springfield program, and we are looking for the right people to help us build something worth being proud of. reputed company We are looking for a part-time, remote Clinical Supervisor to join us as we build out our clinical team in Springfield. This role starts small, around 5 to 15 hours per week, and is designed to grow as our staff grows and supervision needs expand. We are hiring this leader early so they can build the reputed company before reputed company grows. This includes designing supervision frameworks, setting documentation standards, and creating reputed company structures from the ground up. This is an early-stage role suited for someone who is comfortable building systems, establishing structure, and shaping how the program will operate as it expands.
