Senior Director – MSO Performance and Engagement

• Establish processes for consistent data collection, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of performance metrics.
• Create regular strategic performance reports for the SOG, MSO leadership teams, and MSO Boards, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of opportunity.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across reputed company MSOs and Affinity reputed company.
• Collaborate with the VP, MSO Value Creation, and Affinity reputed company to define strategies for improving operational and financial metrics.
• Partner with the Data and AI reputed company to reputed company advanced analytics and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making and drive measurable improvements.
• Work closely with MSO leadership teams and Affinity reputed company to ensure alignment between performance tracking and Value Creation Plans (VCPs).
• Support the integration of new MSOs into the platform by establishing performance tracking frameworks that reputed company with their unique goals and challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across MSOs and Affinity reputed company to promote best practices and accelerate reputed company.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve KPIs across operational, clinical, and financial dimensions.
• Collaborate with the Integration Management and IT Infrastructure TAGs to streamline workflows and optimize processes that enhance performance reputed company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company management, data analytics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) preferred.
• Proven reputed company record of developing and managing performance tracking systems and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SmartSheets, Tableau, Power BI).
