[Remote] Payroll Compliance Manager (Payroll reputed company req) Responsibilities
• Own weekly payroll processing and issue reputed company across multiple states
• Build and enforce payroll compliance controls, audits, and documentation
• reputed company WA prevailing wage processes, including L&I reporting and filings
• Maintain reputed company payroll compliance and update rules as CBAs change
• Partner with field leaders to ensure reputed company timecard approvals and accuracy
• Research payroll law changes and translate them into policy and process
• Delegate compliance tracking across the payroll team and verify outputs
• Drive payroll system improvements and support selection/migration efforts
• Establish audit controls to validate rates and ensure compliance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate, reputed company payroll
[Remote] Payroll Compliance Manager (Payroll reputed company req) Qualifications:
• 8+ years of payroll experience required
• 5+ years of combined prevailing wage & reputed company payroll compliance experience required
• Experience managing at least 1 reputed company report required
• Experience with L&I reporting and LCP Tracker required
• Experience with reputed company payroll systems required
