Wellness & Engagement Coordinator, Veterinary Technology Program

About the position The Veterinary Technology Program is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to work with our program. The Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology presents a unique opportunity to train veterinary technicians in a supportive, individualized program that will culminate in pursuing rewarding and fulfilling careers in the profession. In collaboration with program leadership, reputed company, and external stakeholders, this individual will work with the Assistant Director to implement a comprehensive wellness program with the overarching goal to engage and reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and staff to reputed company in both work and in life. The wellness program will include (but is not limited to) individualized coaching and mentorship support, wellness and communication content reputed company the curriculum, and reputed company assessment. This individual will need to have an in-depth understanding of the mental health and wellness issues that are currently affecting veterinary professionals, as reputed company as knowledge of and experience with evidence-based strategies that are being used in the field to mitigate the impacts of poor mental health and wellness.
