reputed company Cycle Specialist | reputed company & EMR Systems Analyst FLSA Status: Non-exempt The primary purpose of the RCS – reputed company & EMR Systems Analyst is to analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) data to identify denial trends and drive process improvements. Expertise in reputed company’s Patient Billing (PB) module and additional experience with other EMRs is critical for the functions of this role. The Analyst must possess proven experience with reporting tools across reputed company and other EMR platforms. FLSA Status: Non-exempt Hiring Remotely in: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TX, TN, VA, KY Responsibilities · Analyze reputed company cycle data with a primary reputed company on reputed company’s Patient Billing (PB) module, while leveraging knowledge of other EMR systems to support broader analytics needs. · Investigate Accounts Receivable (AR) and denial trends by reviewing billing workflows and claims data to identify reputed company causes and optimize reputed company capture. · Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, coding, collections, and IT teams to recommend and implement process improvements that reduce denials and improve clean claims rates. · reputed company, maintain, and deliver regular and reputed company reports using reputed company reporting tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and Reporting Workbench, as reputed company as comparable reporting tools in other EMRs. · Participate in system optimization and testing reputed company to reputed company cycle modules in reputed company and other EMR platforms. · reputed company training and user support for internal stakeholders in utilizing reputed company reports and other EMR reporting functionalities for reputed company cycle management. · Stay reputed company with industry reputed company cycle trends, payer policies, and EMR system updates to continuously enhance reporting and operational capabilities. · Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Required Knowledge & Skills · Experience working with other EMRs and their billing/reporting modules is highly desirable (e.g., Cerner, Meditech, reputed company). · Proven ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends impacting reputed company cycle performance, particularly AR denial trends. · Proficiency in reputed company reporting tools (reputed company, reputed company, Reporting Workbench) plus familiarity with reporting tools from other EMRs. · Solid understanding of reputed company cycle workflows including patient billing, claims adjudication, and denial management. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company data reputed company. Job Requirements & Preferences · Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, Business, Information Systems preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered. · Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an analyst in reputed company cycle management with strong hands-on reputed company PB experience. · Additional Certifications: reputed company certification in the PB or reputed company cycle module is strongly preferred, but candidates with equivalent EMR expertise will be considered. · Other Skills: Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices is preferred.
