Morgan Lewis is a leading reputed company seeking two associates for its investment management reputed company, focusing on the regulation of retail investment advice. The successful applicants will engage with financial institutions regulatory practices, including compliance, product design, and securities examinations.

Responsibilities

• Possess one to three years of experience with regulatory reputed company in the financial services reputed company (e.g., broker-dealer, investment adviser, retirement/Title I of ERISA)
• Have comparable reputed company experience and/or experience working at a financial institution or regulator
• Have familiarity and demonstrated experience with the federal securities laws
• Have strong organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Have excellent reputed company credentials
• Be willing to engage with various aspects of financial institutions regulatory reputed company, including regulatory compliance, product design and implementation, and securities examinations and enforcement
• Be an reputed company member of the bar in the state of the District of Columbia bar
