Responsibilities • Provide detailed specifications for solutions, including scope, services, delivery time, and responsibilities. • Create practical demonstrations of proposed solutions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Project manage development of solution proposals and related statements of work across various organizations and partners. • Conduct customer discovery meetings and document detailed solution requirements. • Manage proof-of-concept initiatives ensuring customer support throughout the process. • Proactively address potential project challenges or constraints. • Communicate the business impact and outcomes derived from using the solutions. • Support large deals, pre-sales, and business development activities. • Develop integrated solutions for Telecom partners/customers within their enterprise control. • Manage RFP/RFIs & proposals effectively. • Define infrastructure requirements and design for secure and efficient software networks. Requirements • Experience as a Solution Engineer for complex software solutions and communications networks. • Versatile ability to work with both channel partners and direct customers. • Strong relationship-building and technical sales management skills. • Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement. • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information. • Experience in project management and proposal development.
