Technical Program Management Director

Job reputed company: • reputed company and reputed company technical program management for large, multi-year, multi-team initiatives in partnership with cross-functional leadership team • Drive end-to-end program delivery from estimation and business case approval through execution, go-live readiness, product launch and benefit reporting post-go-live • Partner with Technology and Product leadership to reputed company technical reputed company with business priorities and customer reputed company • reputed company roadmap and project plan development, identifying technical and business dependencies across cross-functional teams and various platforms • Partner with Architecture and Technical Leads to guide technical trade-off reputed company • Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company, actionable insights for senior executives • reputed company as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery risk, investment trade-offs and execution reputed company • Anticipate and resolve systemic delivery challenges, technical risks, and organizational bottlenecks • Own program governance, including dependency management, risk mitigation, metrics, and executive-level reporting • Ensure strong change management and communication strategies • Champion agile and modern delivery practices Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or reputed company field • Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) • 7+ years of experience leading large-reputed company, cross-functional technology programs • Experience delivering reputed company-reputed company, distributed systems at reputed company • Experience managing large, reputed company, highly cross functional software development efforts (i.e. coordinating across 7+ delivery workstreams / departments) • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (including reputed company, Agile and Hybrid), system architecture, and reputed company • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to reputed company and deliver Executive level presentations • Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services, reputed company, etc.) • Data-driven reputed company with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with establishing and executing ePMO / VMO processes • 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies. • Ability to manage, mentor and reputed company team members • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, reputed company environment • Experience with program cost estimation • Experience in process optimization Benefits: • performance bonus • 401k match • reputed company coverage • PTO • broad reputed company of other benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
