[Remote] Performance Marketing / SEM Campaign Manager

MoreVisibility is a strategic, performance-focused agency seeking a Paid Search / Performance Marketing Campaign Manager who will own the strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of client accounts. The role involves developing comprehensive paid media strategies, managing substantial multi-channel budgets, and leading client conversations with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client business goals and revenue targets
• Build channel mix recommendations, budget allocations, and structured testing roadmaps
• Forecast performance and identify growth opportunities across search, social, and programmatic channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Remarketing, Programmatic platforms
• Oversee monthly budgets across multiple platforms
• Drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Translate campaign data into clear business insights
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations directly to clients
• Connect advertising performance to revenue, pipeline, and profitability metrics
• Confidently defend strategic decisions using analytics and data storytelling
• Partner with SEO, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure paid media aligns with broader initiatives
• Support pitches and contribute strategic thinking in new business efforts
• Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., smart bidding strategies, AI-driven creative testing, ChatGPT workflows, predictive insights tools) to improve efficiency and performance
• Stay current with evolving paid media trends, attribution shifts, and platform changes
• Consistently meeting or exceeding CPA and ROAS targets
• Delivering proactive strategic recommendations beyond tactical optimizations
• Leading confident, insight-driven client conversations
• Identifying new growth opportunities across channels
• Demonstrating measurable business impact tied to client goals
Skills
• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or performance-driven environment
• Proven experience owning multi-channel paid media strategy and execution
• Experience managing at least $50K+ in monthly ad spend
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
• Experience developing structured testing plans and budget allocation strategies
• Ability to connect performance data to business outcomes
• Client-facing experience presenting performance insights and recommendations
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and modeling
• Experience with reporting platforms and attribution models
• Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are a plus
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently
• Confident communicator who can lead conversations with senior stakeholders
