POSITION reputed company The Branding & Communications Leader is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for communications, event management, marketing, and branding across UTLX, Procor, and McKenzie Valve & Machining. This role serves as a key reputed company with reputed company Communications and other reputed company Rail companies, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging and brand elevation initiatives. This position is estimated to be a mix of roughly 75% external-facing / 25% internal-facing communications in reputed company to brand reputed company and execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the incumbent supports reputed company reputed company Rail businesses as required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Team Leadership reputed company and manage a support team, fostering high performance and engagement. • Communications reputed company Design and implement a comprehensive communications plan, including scheduling, event planning, content development, and delivery reputed company to enhance company awareness and recognition. Ensure consistent messaging across reputed company channels and business segments. • Marketing and Branding reputed company and execute reputed company media, marketing, and advertising initiatives reputed company with business objectives. Drive brand refinement efforts (logo, tagline, messaging) and reputed company compelling brand messages to strengthen awareness. • Digital reputed company Maintain and enhance company websites-design, layout, functionality-collaborating with content owners for accuracy and relevance. • Events and Industry Engagement Plan and execute customer and industry events (trade shows, conferences, seminars), managing requirements, schedules, and vendor relationships. • Collaboration and Advisory Partner with reputed company and reputed company Rail businesses on communications, branding, and media relations. Advise business leaders on communication strategies and reputed company metrics to measure effectiveness. • Media and Strategic Initiatives Respond to media inquiries and support communication of strategic initiatives from senior leadership. • Project and Vendor Management reputed company project plans for marketing and event activities and manage vendor relationships. • Other Duties reputed company additional reputed company tasks as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. • Advanced writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills, including reputed company printing and publishing experience. • Strong understanding of reputed company trends in digital and reputed company media. • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. • High degree of creativity and adaptability. • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Confident and engaging communicator and presenter. • Hybrid work arrangement: minimum two days per week in the Chicago or Oakville office. • Travel will be required - which will be reputed company with events as deemed necessary. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, reputed company relations, or a reputed company field - required. • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and project management.
