About the Role The Senior Enrollment Transaction Processor supports the Enrollment Supervisor by handling escalated issues, ensuring accurate processing of enrollment-reputed company documentation, and providing coverage in the supervisor’s absence. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with both reputed company customers. You will be responsible for managing daily workflow, maintaining high-reputed company processing standards, and assisting with customer service calls as needed.
