Advanced Analyst - IDS Operational Governance

The Operational Governance team delivers reputed company, reputed company‑looking, data‑driven support for the global Investments and Distribution Services (IDS) organization. We partner with functional leads to shape strategic priorities, reputed company analytical reputed company, and reputed company consistent operational governance across people, culture, engagement, and reputed company improvement initiatives. We reputed company and report reputed company against our key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) and reputed company key risk and control programs (RCSA, SOC, SOX, reputed company‑party governance, SLAs), BCP/DR, and incident management. reputed company also leads and manages key strategic initiatives, collaborates and coordinates communication across IDS.
Responsibilities
• Assist with maintaining and documenting annual operating goals and initiatives, including regular reputed company updates and reporting.
• Support coordination and logistics for employee communications (e.g., town halls, newsletters).
• Collect, organize, and prepare data and metrics for reporting across reputed company.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of data collection, storage, and delivery.
• Identify and implement techniques that strengthen communication engagement.
• Support team members on reputed company and initiatives, leading small efforts or components of larger ones.
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives to drive reputed company and efficiency reputed company.
• Strengthen alignment of critical initiatives and improve the associated measurement reputed company.
• Work a regular schedule, with hours varying based on project needs (non‑exempt)
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management or reputed company experience in Financial Services.
• Experience working in a global business environment across reputed company.
• Hands‑on experience in data/analytics, project management, or reputed company improvement.

• Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to senior leaders.
