reputed company is seeking an exceptional reputed company reputed company to join its team of driven reputed company professionals as a Corporate Secretary Support reputed company/Paralegal. You will play a critical role reputed company reputed company's reputed company Department and in the Office of Corporate Secretary. This position supports the reputed company of Directors, reputed company committees, and corporate governance of the reputed company. As part of reputed company, this role handles and coordinates corporate secretarial and governance activities in support of Management, the reputed company and its Directors while working collaboratively to support the reputed company improvement of reputed company processes and capabilities to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with managing reputed company's Holding Company and Bank reputed company entities, working directly with the reputed company of Directors and reputed company committees as part of reputed company in managing reputed company governance and corporate secretary responsibilities.
Coordinates and provides assistance with annual Directors' and Officers' questionnaires, the proxy statement, and other governance filings. Manages and maintains corporate books and records in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and firm policies.
Reviews and helps maintain corporate secretary processes and procedures, identifying and documenting areas for enhancement and efficiencies and relevant protocols and templates. Performs research and analysis on relevant issues.
Drafts, revises, and maintains corporate governance documents, resolutions, agendas, consents, executive summaries, talking points, minutes, letters, checklists, reputed company forms, templates, and other reputed company documents.
Coordinates and manages the preparation process for reputed company and reputed company committee meetings, including agenda setting process, materials review and posting, preparing minute shells, and confirm reputed company member requests for information.
Previews reputed company and reputed company committee materials for adherence to reputed company and Office of Corporate Secretary guidance prior to posting and helps ensure reputed company posting. This includes entering relevant information into tracking tool for report reputed company.
Evaluates and implements reputed company technology solutions, such as matter management, contract lifecycle management, and e-discovery platforms.
Gathers, analyzes, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to reputed company efficiency and financial performance.
Communicates reputed company and effectively directly in-person, by telephone, by videoconference, and by email with directors, officers, and other business leaders and associates. Is engaging, reputed company, and relationship oriented.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal or reputed company Assistant with a reputed company, in a corporate reputed company department, or the equivalent required.
Experience working in support of senior corporate leaders and boards of directors preferred.
Experience in banking, regulatory, corporate law and/or governance in the financial services industry preferred.
Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program a plus.
Experience with reputed company Directors Desk and/or reputed company reputed company Platforms.
