Need Google Ads Manager for Client Facing Role & High Level Strategies - Contract to Hire
Hey,
We’re looking for a Google Ads Manager who can lead weekly client-facing meetings, handle advanced optimizations, and drive high-level strategy.
All routine execution and grunt work is already systematized and handled. This role is focused on strategy, performance insights, and client communication.
We’re looking for a freelancer or consultant only. No agencies and no white-label services. Ideally, this would be someone interested in transitioning into a full-time role over time.
You must be comfortable using Google Ads Editor and be confident communicating directly with clients.
This is an hourly position tracked through the Upwork App. We require time to be logged through the app, as we have not had good experiences with manual time entries.
There are approximately 12 meetings per week, each lasting 15 to 45 minutes. Your responsibility will be to review performance reports with clients, clearly communicate results, assign next steps, and keep clients aligned.
In the beginning, I'll be on the calls with you until you're confident to take over.
An NDA is required for this role.
When advanced optimizations or high-level strategic decisions are needed, you will take ownership and execute them.
