This role is responsible for driving IAM transformation programs that support regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH), protect patient data, and enhance operational efficiency across clinical and reputed company systems. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep understanding of IAM principles, and experience navigating the unique regulatory, clinical, and operational complexities of reputed company organizations. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure IAM controls reputed company with: • HIPAA reputed company Rule requirements • HITECH reputed company mandates • Internal audit and risk management standards • Partner with compliance and audit teams to support reputed company reviews and regulatory audits. • Mitigate segregation-of-duties (SoD) conflicts and enforce least-privilege reputed company. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, reputed company Informatics, or reputed company field. • 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading IAM or reputed company implementations. • Experience with reputed company IdentityIQ and/or reputed company Identity reputed company reputed company. • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, reputed company certifications, and SoD controls. • Experience in a reputed company or highly regulated environment. • Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and reputed company reputed company frameworks. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
