Key Responsibilities
• Serve as primary consultant for HR engagements across affiliation models
• Deliver consultative and execution-oriented HR support to advisors
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR service tiers and toolkits
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years in HR consulting, workforce reputed company, or reputed company advisory roles
• Demonstrated experience delivering reputed company-facing, consultative HR services
• Strong knowledge of payroll structures, PEO models, and compensation reputed company
• Financial services or reputed company management experience preferred
• Proven ability to operate reputed company reputed company consulting frameworks
