REQUIREMENTS Undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in a technological or scientific field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate would have experience, or a strong interest in developing experience, in representing clients in reputed company stages of patent, trademark, trade secrets, and other intellectual property litigation.
